- Cancellation within half of deadline: If the tutor was confirmed but
the customer cancels within half of the deadline, the refund ranges from 75% to
100%.
- Cancellation after half of deadline: If the expert had been confirmed
and more than half of the deadline has passed, the refund amount ranges from 0%
to 50%.
Late Delivery:
Late delivery can only occur in cases of emergencies or illness of the tutor. The customer
retains the right to ask for a refund if they have not downloaded the delivered work. If the
work is downloaded, the client is considered to have used it and is not eligible for a
refund. No refunds are available if delays are caused by the customer uploading necessary
materials too late.
Money Back Guarantee:
- You can raise a "Money Back Guarantee" request if you get a failing grade.
- Refunds granted will be sent to your Assignment Samples Wallet. Cash
refunds are not handled under this guarantee.
- A failure report (original grade report) is required for investigation. The CS team's
decision is final.
Duplicate Transactions:
- Accidental Duplicate Order: Inform us within 24 hours to receive a
100% refund for the duplicate.
- Accidental Duplicate Transaction: Extra payments for the same order
will be fully returned upon request.
